Your entire order ships for $3.75!
This price is for USPS first class shipping. If you wish to upgrade your shipping to anything besides first class, I can send you a PayPal invoice for extra shipping charges.
This site is set up for US shipping only.
International Shipping
If you wish you inquire about international shipping, please use the contact form to send me a message. Please understand that if your country charges you Customs Duty/Taxes, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE to pay those fees on your order.
When your order ships, PayPal will notify you with a tracking number. Use this number on the USPS website to track your package.
International shipping fees will apply and will be invoiced separately.
Shipping Times
Most orders ship within 24 hours. But on occasion, it could take longer. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing (worse case). This is processing time, not arrival time. I will try to ship as soon as I can and I normally ship very quickly. All orders will be cut in the order which they are received.
Coupon Info
Occasionally, I offer coupons. Join my Facebook group, Farmhouse Stencil Shoppe, to stay updated on when I offer a discount. Those in my group, have the benefits of receiving discounts, when offered, seeing new designs first, and an occasional giveaway.
If you have a coupon code, please follow instructions exactly for that coupon code. Some coupons require a minimum purchase. This means your subtotal has to meet the minimum requirement.
*Coupons cannot be used on custom orders.
*Coupon code must be entered at checkout for the current purchase. Adjustments will not be given for previous purchases where a code was not entered.
Mailing List
Sign up for my mailing list (on homepage) to get coupons set directly to your email. Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email. You MUST confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent to you. If you do not confirm your email, you won't be signed up.
Custom Requests
CUSTOM STENCIL POLICY
* Limit of three custom stencils per order. I will accept three custom stencils that are 24"x12" or smaller, per order. If you need a custom stencil that is over this size, then it will be only 1 custom stencil per order.
* Custom work is not started until payment is received. This includes sending font samples.
*Once a custom stencil has been designed, changes can be made, if needed, but it cannot be changed to an entirely different design.
*No pictures will be sent with bridges showing. Bridges are added after design is approved and just prior to cutting.
* Custom stencils are not refundable.
*Custom requests will be searched in the copyright database. No copyrighted phrases will be made.
*All custom stencils are subject to be added to inventory, at seller discretion.
Since I do not charge additional fees for custom stencils, occasionally, I choose to turn a custom request into regular inventory. I do not offer exclusive designs.
*PLEASE DO NOT enter any coupon codes on your custom order. Your order may be refunded and canceled. I do not charge extra for doing custom stencils, but I also do not discount them because of that.
*If you do not agree with my custom policy, I cannot do the custom order for you. Purchasing the custom listing means you agree to my custom stencil policy.
